Due to changes with how the RFU’s Game Management System handles payments your Direct Debit will stop from Monday (31 Aug), and all payments after that date now need to be made by debit or credit card.
Can you please update your payment method by taking the following steps:
- Follow this link to the GMS card update portal: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/OrderManagement/CustomerToken/Index. You may need to log in to GMS at this stage.
- Select the 'Update' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Add the card details into the form & click 'Save details'. You’ll then be presented with a confirmation message that your details have been saved.
That’s it! It takes less than two minutes and means that your Rockcliff membership won’t be inadvertently cancelled.
